Recyclus Group Welcomes New Leadership in Marketing
Recyclus Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Emily Davis as our new Head of Marketing and Erica Earle-Robertson as Marketing Executive. This strategic expansion of our marketing team marks an exciting chapter in our company’s growth as we continue to drive innovation in the recycling and sustainability sectors.
Emily Davis, Head of Marketing
Emily holds an MSc in eBusiness Management from the University of Warwick and has served as a Senior Lecturer and Tutor at Warwick Manufacturing Group, where she taught Digital Marketing and Digital Analytics. Most recently, Emily has been running her own marketing consulting business, where she has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. Her extensive experience and expertise will be instrumental in shaping our future marketing strategy and activities, helping us to innovate and adapt in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Emily commented “I am thrilled to join Recyclus Group during this pivotal time in the company’s growth. I look forward to working alongside Gracechurch Group to further develop awareness around the vital role that Recyclus plays in advancing a circular economy for battery metals. As pioneers in the Li-ion recycling field, we will focus our marketing initiatives on reaching and educating relevant shareholders and industry stakeholders, and subsequently support them in their battery recycling efforts.”

Joining Emily is Erica, a recent graduate from the University of Edinburgh with a BA (Hons) in Jewellery & Silversmithing, specialising in Sustainable Contemporary Sculpture. Her academic journey was marked by a deep commitment to combining artistic expression with environmental consciousness, producing works that emphasise the importance of sustainability in art. Most recently, she interned for The London Art Fair, where she supported departments in Marketing, Gallery Liaison and VIP Relations. This experience honed her skills in strategic communication, campaign development and high-level client interaction. Erica will be collaborating closely with Emily to produce impactful marketing materials for Recyclus Group.

Recyclus’ dedication to transforming battery waste into valuable resources is both inspiring and impactful, and I’m excited to contribute to their mission.
